By retrieving parts from out of a de-burring bowl and separating them from the de-burring media, Magnetic Parts Retrieval Conveyors are able to streamline your operations and improve efficiency and productivity within your facility.
Magnetic Parts Retrieval Conveyors deliver superior operational flexibility. They are ideal for removing ferrous parts from de-burring and finishing vibratory bowls. Permanent magnetic head pulleys are able to reach deep into bowls, where their magnetic force is able to “grab” and hold ferrous parts within the greater de-burring material. The permanent magnetic conveyor then takes the ferrous parts and conveys them up and over the bowl rim. After removing ferrous parts from the bowl, the permanent magnetic conveyor then discharges the parts into a bin or a tote. Plate or loop demagnetizers can be installed in a discharge chute or in the conveyor frame itself before the part is discharged.
