Bunting Bales of material are usually placed by fork lift on the in-feed portion of the conveyor against optional backstops. They are then run through a Metal Detector that is sized for your bales to detect metal contamination within the bale itself. The triple coil detector checks for all types of metal objects within the bale and then double checks it before conveying the bale out to be down loaded or feed directly onto an inclined Shredder Feeder Conveyor into the Shredder. The inspection conveyor can also paint mark the contaminated bales so they can be set in a segregated area for further tear open inspection. The clean bales can then be placed in the “clean” storage stack or fed into your Shredder.
