Description
We offer pneumatic Tubing and Piping services. Tubing that is available from 1.5" OD to 10" OD and Pipe is available from 1" NPS to 8" NPS. Fittings are offered in a wide variety of laterals, wyes, tees, adapters, and flanges for connecting both pipe and tube. We also offer a variety of accessories including couplings, fittings, vacuum wands, site glasses, blast gates and hoses to complement our tubing.
- Tubing Ranges - 1-1/2" through 10" OD in 11, 12, 14 and 16 gauge wall thickness.
- Pipe Ranges - available in schedule 5, 10, 40, and 80 wall thickness and ranges from 1" through 8" NPS.
- Tubing & Piping Materials - Carbon, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Galvanized Steel are available in standard lengths of 20'.
Optional Upgrades
- Directional Shot Peening - A dimpling effect that reduces the formation of fines, fluff, and streamers.
- Porcelain Lining - Resistant to corrosive, atmospheric pollution, extreme weather, and abrasion.
- Spiral Grooving - Creates turbulence in the conveying air stream, which minimizes the frequency of impact and pellet smearing.
- Ceramic Coating - Used in extreme environments where abrasive materials are used.
